Logic3 plc was founded in 1977 where it began in the wholesale of photographic accessories and the in 1983 expanded into the distribution of Video Game peripherals. In 1998 the company was incorporated as SpectraVideo plc and changed its name to Logic3 plc in October 2006.Today, Logic3 is firmly established as one of the world’s largest Portable Audio and Video Game Accessory companies, with sales of exclusive brands including i-Station, Screen Beat and Top Drive, in over 30 countries, including Europe, USA, Australia and the Far East.

The company has in-depth experience in the design, development, manufacturing and supply of Portable Audio and Console/PC gaming Accessories. Logic3’s year on year growth, culminating in a record breaking year in 2005 was the result of an aggressive growth strategy started some 5 years previous. Today the same strategy is in place, ensuring that Logic3 plc will keep its place as one of the world’s most successful Portable Audio and Video Game distribution companies, ever.

 In 2007, Logic3 was selected to be entered into the Bank of Scotland’s Corporate Entrepreneur Challenge. This competition was open to anybody running a UK business, wholly or partly privately owned, operating in the UK or global market with a turnover of at least £2m.

To make it onto the London short list the judges had to be convinced a company’s performance matched the entrepreneur’s personal ambition in his or her chosen market. Entrants also needed a robust business plan for expansion and to show that the company was thriving because of the management’s entrepreneurial spirit.

A specialist team within the Bank of Scotland’s Corporate sector compiled a list of contenders for each region, from which it had to pick five of the best entries to go through as finalists. As a result, Logic3 plc was named as a London Regional Finalists within the competition.
